The Wonderful Birth of Jesus
Mary was a kind woman who lived in Nazareth. One day, an angel named Gabriel visited her. He told her that she would have a baby, who she must name Jesus. Mary was surprised but she trusted God's plan. Soon, Mary and her husband Joseph traveled to Bethlehem. The journey was long but they were hopeful. When they reached Bethlehem, there was no room for them in any inn. So, they stayed in a stable where animals lived. That night, baby Jesus was born. He was wrapped in cloths and placed in a manger. Nearby shepherds, guided by a bright star, came to visit. Far away, three wise men also saw the star. They traveled a long distance to bring gifts for baby Jesus. Everyone rejoiced at the birth of Jesus. Mary and Joseph named their baby Jesus, just like the angel had said. They knew their baby was very special.
