Junior Inside Sales Representative

ReadTheory has a truly unique story. We grew from 0 to one million active monthly users, with absolutely no marketing – one teacher telling another, telling another! Our sales team is small, but growing rapidly. You would have the chance to become a leading member of ReadTheory’s sales organization. Once hired, you would be working side-by-side with an experienced Director of Sales and the company’s management.

Whom are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this sales role is someone who takes initiative and is able to find creative solutions when required. They should be a people’s person, able to build relationships easily and effectively communicate with clients. This person should be a trustworthy hard worker, driven to succeed and consistently go above and beyond expectations. They should also be comfortable working independently, be an original thinker, and be able to tackle any obstacle thrown in their way. Lastly, they should have a growth mindset, always trying to learn and improve. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team, take on a broad set of responsibilities, and help grow our sales organization to new heights!

Responsibilities

– Take care of inbound and outbound sales leads

– Streamline our sales infrastructure and optimize the funnel

– Attend a few education conferences each year

Qualifications

– 1+ years of experience in Ed-Tech sales

– Flawless English

Good to Know

-This is a fully remote position, but note that you might be asked to attend a few conferences.

-Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based commissions to reward success and maximize earning potential for our sales reps.
