ReadTheory and LAUSD are Officially a Thing

Recently, LAUSD undertook a thorough review of ReadTheory’s application through the Unified Digital Instructional Procurement Plan (UDIPP), ensuring compliance with district requirements and security protocols. We’re excited to share that ReadTheory has been deemed compliant, meeting the standards set forth by the district. In addition to this, schools can now utilize funding to secure ReadTheory.

What does this mean for LAUSD educators?

This validation speaks volumes about ReadTheory’s dedication to providing a safe and effective learning environment for students within LAUSD. By aligning with district requirements and security protocols, ReadTheory ensures that educators can confidently integrate its platform into their teaching practices, knowing that student data privacy and instructional quality are paramount.

Can LAUSD schools use funding to secure ReadTheory?

Yes, schools now have the option to allocate funding for ReadTheory. LAUSD educators who are interested in integrating ReadTheory into their school curriculum are encouraged to schedule a time to connect here.

How should educators access ReadTheory?

Under this new UDIPP, educators from LAUSD should log in to ReadTheory using your Clever account instead of a username and password. Head here for simple instructions on how to do this.
