It was the day of the big Science Fair at Sunnydale Elementary. Jenny, a bright 4th grader, was worried about her project. She had an idea of creating a volcano but didn’t know how to make it. She was nervous and feeling lost. Her friend, Tim, noticed her worry and offered to help. Together, they researched and found out that baking soda and vinegar could make the volcano erupt. But they were missing one ingredient – red food color. Observing them, their teacher, Mrs. Anderson, stepped in. She reminded them about the art supplies in the class that included red paint. Jenny and Tim finally had all they needed. Their volcano was a hit at the Science Fair. Jenny learned about teamwork, problem-solving, and using available resources. Most importantly, she realized that asking for help was okay.
