Text, Questions & Answers
On July 20, 1969, a big dream came true. Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, traveling on the spaceship Apollo 11, landed on the moon! They wore special suits and helmets for protection. Armstrong stepped out first and said, 'That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.' They planted an American flag and collected moon rocks. After eight days in space, they safely returned home. This great adventure inspired the world and showed that anything is possible if we dare to dream and work hard.
