Why Add Teammates?
Adding teammates to your ReadTheory account empowers your school to work smarter, not harder. Here’s how this feature transforms your classroom:
Strengthen Instructional Consistency
Ensure all teachers and support staff align on reading goals, strategies, and pacing across classes and grade levels, creating a cohesive learning experience for students.
Foster Seamless Collaboration
Share the workload by co-managing classes, creating assignments, and tailoring lessons together, saving time and enhancing teaching efficiency.
Share Actionable Student Insights
Access and discuss real-time performance reports to identify student strengths, address gaps, and personalize instruction for maximum impact.
Accelerate Learning Outcomes
Support diverse learners - whether for test prep, reading intervention, special education, or ESL - with shared tools and data to drive targeted instruction.
Save Time with Streamlined Communication
Eliminate back-and-forth emails by centralizing student data and class management, keeping everyone on the same page.
Empower Your Team
Enable reading specialists, aides, or admins to monitor progress and contribute to lesson planning, fostering a collaborative culture that benefits every student.
How It Works
Adding teammates is quick and easy! Follow these simple steps:
Log into ReadTheory and navigate to the “My Classes” page.
Enter your teammate’s email address on the right-hand side of the screen and click Invite
Click Save — and you’re done!
Your teammate will receive an email invite right away.
- If they’re new to ReadTheory, they’ll need to create an account using that same email.
- If they already have an account, they just need to log in – your class will appear automatically.
- Once connected, they’ll be able to co-manage the class and students with you.
