Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help more educators, schools, and districts discover ReadTheory and the power of our program. You’ll shape campaigns that deepen awareness, accelerate acquisition, and support lead generation. This role is 100% remote and reports to the Head of Marketing. Ideal candidate is located in NC or VA.
What You'll Do
- Build, own, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive meaningful growth
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Success to amplify key initiatives
- Build and optimize lead gen programs that support school and district growth
- Run thoughtful experiments across channels that improve conversion
- Bring creativity, agility, and a builder’s mindset to every challenge
- Collaborate with designers to bring campaigns to life
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in growth, demand generation, or acquisition marketing
- Experience working with a small business / team, ed-tech experience is a plus
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort turning data into strategy
- Excellent writing skills and a feel for voice and narrative
- A scrappy, resourceful, entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
- A collaborative spirit and comfort moving quickly with intention
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and like programs
