ReadTheory, an established EdTech company with 18 million active students, is seeking a motivated Sr. Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth within the K-12 education market in the US.
We are a global leader in reading comprehension education, serving millions of students around the world through a tailored learning platform. Our mission is to combine the passion of Makers with the dedication of Educators to improve English literacy and empower students everywhere.
As a Sr. Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to schools and districts where teachers are already utilizing the ReadTheory platform across the United States. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success, working closely with the managing partners of the company. This position is fully remote.

Now, we’re looking for a talented sales professional to further expand our presence in the K-12 education market in the US.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the education industry. They should have exceptional communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and work independently to manage their time and resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales process
- Drive sales within schools and districts where ReadTheory is already being utilized
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales funnels
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create a seamless sales experience
- Report to ReadTheory’s management team on progress and achievements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the K-12 arena
- Experience with developing and executing a well-defined inside sales strategy
- Strong sales track record with proven ability to work independently
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience efficiently using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
