ReadTheory, an established EdTech company with 18 million active students, is seeking a motivated Sr. Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth within the K-12 education market in the US.

As a Sr. Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to schools and districts where teachers are already utilizing the ReadTheory platform across the United States. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success, working closely with the managing partners of the company. This position is fully remote.

Now, we’re looking for a talented sales professional to further expand our presence in the K-12 education market in the US.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in the education industry. They should have exceptional communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and work independently to manage their time and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales process
  2. Drive sales within schools and districts where ReadTheory is already being utilized
  3. Manage both inbound and outbound sales funnels
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create a seamless sales experience
  5. Report to ReadTheory’s management team on progress and achievements

Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the K-12 arena
  2. Experience with developing and executing a well-defined inside sales strategy
  3. Strong sales track record with proven ability to work independently
  4. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  5. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  7. Experience efficiently using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
